If you're on social media, you know that charcuterie boards are all the rage!  Has seeing photos of all the drool-worthy boards inspired you to try your hand at creating a charcuterie board?  If so, then this event is for you!

The Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce is excited to host its first Virtual Cheese & Charcuterie Class with NHCC Member Bubbly & Bleu on Monday, October 25 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.  

Cheryl DeAngelo and Chef Fred DeAngelo will lead the class and teach us everything we need to know to be able to create a beautiful charcuterie board.  The DeAngelos have put together special kits for our NHCC event, including locally-sourced products where possible/available.  They will also be providing a list of wines that pair well with the kit selections in case you want to pick up a bottle (or two) to enjoy during the class.

Cheese & Charcuterie Kit Pick-Up:

Virtual Cheese & Charcuterie Class:

Date:  Monday, October 25

Time:  6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Location:  Zoom from the comfort of your home

1) Piccolo Kit (serves 2-4 people)

• 3 artisanal cheeses
• 2 charcuterie
• Seasonal fresh fruit
• Jam, nuts & fresh garnish
• Artisanal crackers

Cost for NHCC Members:  $25  (valued at over $65)

Cost for Non-Members: $55 (valued at over $65)

2) Mezzo Kit (serves 4-8 people)

• 4 artisanal cheeses
• 3 charcuterie
• Seasonal fresh fruit
• Jam, nuts & fresh garnish
• Artisanal crackers 

Cost for NHCC Members:  $65  (valued at over $105)

Cost for Non-Members:  $95 (valued at over $105)
