If you're on social media, you know that charcuterie boards are all the rage! Has seeing photos of all the drool-worthy boards inspired you to try your hand at creating a charcuterie board? If so, then this event is for you!
The Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce is excited to host its first Virtual Cheese & Charcuterie Class with NHCC Member Bubbly & Bleu on Monday, October 25 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Cheryl DeAngelo and Chef Fred DeAngelo will lead the class and teach us everything we need to know to be able to create a beautiful charcuterie board. The DeAngelos have put together special kits for our NHCC event, including locally-sourced products where possible/available. They will also be providing a list of wines that pair well with the kit selections in case you want to pick up a bottle (or two) to enjoy during the class.
