Mary Dale
Mary Dale is an Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She provides training and outreach on SBA’s core programs — counseling, capital, and contracting — while helping entrepreneurs navigate resources that support business growth.

Lei Riedel
Originally from Keaukaha, Hawaiʻi Island, Lei Riedel is the Director of the Pakini Loan Fund with the Waiʻanae Economic Development Council. She has more than a decade of experience working in Native Hawaiian-serving organizations, specializing in federal grants, education, and community partnerships.

Shane Rivera-Bagay
Shane Rivera-Bagay is a Business Consultant with Fiserv/Clover, specializing in helping businesses leverage payment systems to grow and operate more efficiently. Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, she combines technical expertise with local values to support entrepreneurs in building trust and efficiency.
